Grain Division Grows, Staff Members Added
This past year has presented many and varied challenges, however, your National Farmers Grain Division has experienced a successful year with significant growth and the addition of some excellent professionals to our team.
LuAnn Robinson, our longtime grain settlement specialist, retired last June and Theresa Seiler has assumed those duties and continues to market grain for Kansas and Missouri. Matt Brandyberry, grain marketing representative for Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio, resigned and Scott Wharton, Greeneville, Illinois, has assumed his position. Jim Tesch, Watertown, South Dakota has joined NForganics. We welcome them all and look forward to another successful marketing year.
National Farmers Crop Insurance has experienced a very good year. Mike Kleaving, Al Smith and Cory Ertl have expanded their customer base and provide exceptional service. These gentlemen understand the available programs and work with producers to provide coverage designed to meet each individual’s needs.
NForganics, led by Mike Schulist, with Jim Tesch and Tim Ennis assisting, has added a number of new producer members to the program. These representatives excel in developing new markets and acquiring favorable pricing for their producers.
National Farmers Grain Marketing Plus, a top-tier program for conventional producers, has enjoyed a successful year. Seiler, Wharton and Steve Armour have successfully negotiated some of the best prices in recent memory for our producers. Don Roose, U.S. Commodities, joins our daily marketing calls and provides excellent marketing data and advice.
